One day at a time


The next section in my planner is a section for keeping track of my fitness. To be honest I have really used this section and don’t think it will be carrying over into my planner for 2017.

I only have a few different pages in this section. The first is a month by month plan for exercise. This is quite good for keeping on top of my exercise but I tend to have a lot of changes in times I can go to the gym from week to week that this hasn’t been entirely useful.


The other is a list of exercises that I can use to build my strength gym sets. As I now have this all on an online excel spreadsheet I haven’t really flicked back to these.
